Step3: Select USB on the drop-down menu, then press OK.

Step5: Click on Synchronization under Configuration.

Step6: Click on Synchronization to configure Desktop Manager to communicate with your PIM Client.

Step7: Choose Address Book, only Outlook 2002/2003/2007 and Windows Mail/Outlook Express and Yahoo are supported mail clients.

Step8:Choose Two way sync.

Step9: Select which Microsoft Office Outlook profile is to be used.

When all sync options are configured, click Finish.

Step10: Choose the box that says Synchronize Organizer Data then choose Synchronize.
