Back to the main menu of Blackberry, then use your BlackBerry Menu key to bring up the menu and select "Start Sync."

The first sync is always the longest. After the first one, only changes are synchronized. If you setup AutoSync in Settings, your BlackBerry will now stay in sync automatically, and without wires!
