The Easiest Way to Sync Emails between Blackberry and Outlook

If you are not physically accessible to a computer, how do you check you email? One answer to this question is: sync emails between Blackberry and Outlook. In this way, you can check your email box with your Blackberry anywhere and anytime.

If you settled on connecting Gmail account via regular old POP3 access, you can switched it to IMAP so that you are able to keep what you did in Outlook synced with what Gmail saw.

Because you switched email servers, you had to go into the "Personal Email Set Up" icon on my Blackberry and delete the original account that was already there.

To sync email with the BlackBerry's email client, you can follow the next steps:

1. Move to the home screen of your Blackberry.
2. Select the icon that lets you set up email (this can be called BlackBerry Set-up, E-mail settings, or Personal Email Set-up)
3. Follow the setup instructions provided on your device

If you installed successfully, you can receive an email and a mailbox icon will appear on your home screen of your Blackberry. After the synchronization of Blackberry and Outlook, you can receive emails on your Blackberry.
